RED BLOOD CELL (RBC)

After the red blood cell is produced in bone marrow, it flows through vessels(arteries and vein).It helps to carry oxygen to our body tissue and take the carbon dioxide away at the same time.RBC has a bi-concaved shape which maximize the gas taking area and has an elastic nature totravel through the blood stream.RBC Problem

1. When the blood viscosity increases, it has less   relative RBC in the blood. It affects the oxygen   carrying capacity. Eventually it leads to anemia   and threatens our life.
2. Increase in blood viscosity also build up a higher   blood pressure.
