2.签署买卖合约 

    签署买卖合约 - 付大订订金   (定金直接存入律师楼或第三方公证托管公司) 

 

3.全面楼宇检查 

    房屋检查 

    专业的律师或产权公司进行产权检查 

 

4.签署正式合约 

    付楼价尾数,律师楼或公证托管结尾步骤 

    律师代表交收物业 

 

5.业管理及会计安排 

    安排物业管理及租赁管理公司

Buying procedure

1. Client needs and Market analysis, Selection                

We provide advice on target property region, type of property and will search for suitable property for our client. Client will pay the deposit to secure the property.

2. Provisional Sales and Purchase Agreement               

 Client will sign the S&P prepared by our counter party and pay the initial deposit (direct deposit to our designated lawyer account or Escrow company) for the property.

3. Inspection                

Title search will be perform by the lawyer or Escrow company to ensure the title is clean and physical inspection will be perform by local professional  inspection company, detailed report will send to buyer for reference.

4. Sales and Purchase Agreement                

Upon all the checking is completed, buyer will remit the balance payment for the property and sign the S&P to close the transaction.

5. Property Management and tax arrangement                

We will arrange property management for your property as well as tax professional for tax filing. Also, insurance will be arrange by the property management company.Our professional consultant will take care the whole buying process with the buyer. Client can sit back and relax, do not need to worry about the tedious paper work.
